The earlier the better! While a week in advance is typically enough notice, during the busy graduation season we recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your desired date. All bookings under 24 hours notice are subject to a rush order fee of $25.

Our rentals include a personalized message, themed graphics (flair), delivery, professional setup, and pickup.

Our standard rentals are 2 days, with setup the day before the event, and pickup the day after.

Our graduation rentals are 1 day, with an agreed upon time for setup and pickup.

Complete lawn car before setup and remove pet waste.

Water the setup area for one hour prior to setup.

Pause all lawn maintenance and turn off sprinklers during rental.

Our rentals are setup with extra care in regards to weather. We have methods of stabilizing our displays for extra windy days. We have yet to cancel or delay a setup due to weather, but if the need arises, we will work with you to find a solution.
