    Classic Rental: $95, 2 days

    Graduation: $95, (1 day in peak season)

  • Add-ons:

    Same Day Delivery: $25

    Late Night Delivery (10pm): $35

    Extra Day: $20 per additional day

  • Delivery Zone:

    Our standard rates include delivery within 15 miles of 77316. For locations beyond 15 miles, an extended delivery zone fee of $20 applies.

Policies

  • Reservation

    Payment: Full payment is required at booking to confirm your reservation.

    Cancellation: Cancel at least 3 days before the reservation date for a full refund, minus card processing fees, or receive a full credit for a future booking.

  • Lawn Maintenance

    Before Setup: Complete all lawn care prior to the display setup.

    Watering: Water the ground in the setup area for one hour before the appointment time.

    During Rental: Cancel any scheduled lawn maintenance during the rental period. Lawn clippings and flying debris can permanently damage displays.

  • Display Care

    Handling: Do not move any letters, stakes, or lights once placed. Photos are welcome, but do not allow children or pets to play around the display.

    Responsibility: Ensure the display complies with HOA/POA restrictions.

    Gifting: If gifting a display, ensure at least one adult in the home is aware of the arrangement.

    Address: No refunds for incorrect addresses or denied access due to community guards or gates.

    Damage: The renting party will be billed for any loss, theft, or damage to the display.

  • Liability

    Injury/Damage: Texas Party in the Yard is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur to any person or property during the transportation, setup, display period, or takedown of the yard card.
