  • Delivery Zone:

    Our standard rates include delivery within 15 miles of 77316. For locations beyond 15 miles, an extended delivery zone fee of $20 applies.

RENTAL POLICIES

  • Reservation

    Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

    Cancellation: Cancel at least 3 days prior for a full refund (minus card processing fees) or receive full credit toward a future booking.

  • Lawn Tips

    Before Setup: Complete lawn car before setup and remove pet waste.

    Watering: Water the setup area for one hour prior to setup.

    During Rental: Pause all lawn maintenance and turn off sprinklers during rental.

  • Display Care

    Handling: Do not move any letters, stakes, or lights once placed. Photos are welcome, but do not allow children or pets to play around the display.

    Responsibility: The renting party is responsible for HOA/POA compliance.

    Gifting: If gifting, ensure an adult in the home is aware of the rental.

    Address: No refunds for incorrect addresses or denied access due to community guards or gates.

    Damage: The renting party will be billed for any loss, theft, or damage to the display.

  • Liability

    Injury/Damage: Texas Party in the Yard is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur to any person or property during the transportation, setup, display period, or takedown of the yard card.
