Rental details...

Before you pay for your reservation...

You MUST fill out the reservation request form and check your desired date for availability.

Please do not purchase a rental before receiving confirmation from us.

Payment and cancellation...

Payment: Full payment is required when booking.

Cancellation: Cancel at least 3 days prior for a full refund (minus card processing fees) or receive full credit toward a future booking.

Before delivery...

Before Setup: Complete lawn care before setup and remove pet waste.

Watering: Water the ground in the desired setup area for one hour prior to setup.

During Rental: Pause all lawn maintenance and turn off sprinklers during rental period.

Delivery/Set up/Pick up

Classic Rentals:
We set up the display the day before your event and pick it up the day after. No one needs to be home for either service. A text photo will be sent once setup is complete.

Graduation Rentals:
Graduation displays are set up and picked up on the event day. A specific time for setup and pickup will be arranged in advance.
