Before you pay for your reservation...

You MUST fill out the reservation request form and check your desired date for availability.

Please do not purchase a rental before receiving confirmation from us.

Payment and cancellation...

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation: Please cancel at least 3 days before the reservation date to receive a full refund, minus card processing fees. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a credit in full for a future booking.

Before delivery...

Before Setup: Complete all lawn care prior to the display setup.

Watering: Water the ground in the desired setup area for one hour before the setup appointment time.

During Rental: Cancel any scheduled lawn maintenance during the rental period. Lawn clipping and flying debris can permanently damage displays.

Delivery/Set up/Pick up

For our standard 2-day rentals, display set-up typically takes place the evening before the scheduled event. Display pick up occurs the day after the event, during morning or evening hours, depending on our schedule.

For graduation 1-day rentals (in May/June), the display is set up the evening before the scheduled event, and picked up after the conclusion of the event. Similar arrangements apply to rentals being displayed at venues, including weddings and reunions.
