Refund policy

At Texas Party in the Yard, we strive to provide exceptional service with our custom yard card displays. Due to the personalized nature of our business, refunds are only available in specific circumstances.

- **HOA/POA Compliance:** It is the responsibility of the renting party to ensure the yard card display complies with HOA/POA restrictions.
- **Address Accuracy:** Refunds will not be given for incorrect addresses provided by the renting party. A relocation fee, plus a mileage fee, will be assessed if a completed display needs to be moved.
- **Cancellation Policy:** Cancel at least 3 days before the reservation date to receive a full refund, minus card processing fees, or opt for a full credit for a future booking.
- **Extreme Weather:** In the event of extreme weather, we will contact you to arrange a refund or reschedule your rental.
- **Injury/Damage:** Texas Party in the Yard is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur to any person or property during the transportation, setup, display period, or takedown of the yard card.
